How we work
Founder-led, end to end.
I lead strategy, acquisitions, and most of the day-to-day work on the sites we run.
I'm Jacob, the founder of Valiance Labs.
I work on a small number of websites at a time, either owned by us, submitted for review, or improved through a partnership.
My background is in data engineering, building web products, and operating websites that earn from display ads, affiliate links, partner offers, and paid tools.
Most conversations start with a URL, rough traffic or revenue numbers, and a short note about what is going on with the site.
