Custom AI agents for the research and data work your team does manually
We build and maintain systems that collect, check, and update your business data, or keep watch on the competitors and markets you follow. Verified results land in the tools your team already uses, and your people approve anything the system isn’t sure about.

Who it’s for
Teams that get the most from a custom agent
The common thread is information someone on your team collects, checks, and re-enters manually every week, with no engineer free to automate it.

How it works in practice
One run, start to finish
Every run follows the same pattern. Information comes in, gets checked against your rules, and only then lands in your systems. Anything uncertain goes to a person, not into your catalog. These examples are illustrations, not client work.

What you get
A maintained system, not a one-off script
Each build is made for your sources and your systems, and we keep it running after launch.
Built into your systems
Results are written to your ERP, PIM, store, CRM, or a shared sheet through their own imports and APIs. No new dashboard for your team to learn.
A review queue for uncertain records
Low-confidence matches, unusual price changes, and conflicting facts wait for a person. Your team’s decisions become the rules for later runs.
Evidence behind every change
Each update keeps its source, the date it was checked, and the value it replaced, so anyone can trace a number back to where it came from.
Monitoring and repairs
Sites get redesigned and suppliers change file formats. We watch every run, get alerted when a source breaks, and fix it as part of upkeep.
Control
Clear roles from day one
Your team keeps ownership and the final say. We build, run, and maintain the system around those decisions.
Your team
Ownership and approvals
Owns the accounts, data, and results
Decides which sources may be used
Approves uncertain matches and large changes
Sets thresholds, schedules, and spend limits
Can export everything and stop at any time

Build and upkeep
Builds in your accounts, with access you can revoke
Checks access rights and terms before building
Sends anything uncertain to your review queue
Keeps every run inside those limits
Monitors runs and repairs broken sources
How it works
From a manual task to a maintained system in three steps
Step 1
Map the task and check access
We watch the work as your team does it today, gather real examples, and confirm we’re allowed to use each source. It’s a paid check, credited toward the build.
Step 2
Build and test on your examples
We agree on what counts as correct before writing code, then build and test against your own records until the results clear that bar.
Step 3
Run, monitor, and maintain
It goes live with your review queue in place. We watch every run, report on the results, and repair sources as they change over time.
Fit
Is an agent right for your team?
Agents earn their keep on recurring, messy work. If a simple script or an inexpensive tool does the job, we’ll tell you.
A good fit
Recurring work that takes someone 5+ hours a week
Between 2 and 20 sources, in different formats
Someone who can review the uncertain cases
A system where results belong, like an ERP, PIM, or CRM
Not a fit
Getting past logins or anti-bot protection without permission
Scraping personal data or building contact lists
One-off tasks that won’t come up again
Jobs an off-the-shelf tool already handles well
Pricing
Quoted to your scope before any work begins
Every project is different, so there’s no rate card. You get a written quote for the build and the monthly upkeep before we start.
Starts with a paid feasibility check, credited toward the build
The build is quoted once sources and outputs are agreed
Upkeep is a monthly fee, sized to volume and support
Data and model fees are billed at cost, within limits you set
New sources or workflow changes are quoted before we add them
You can export your data and end the upkeep at any time.
FAQ
Sources, accuracy, ownership, and pricing. If your question isn’t here, ask it in the form at the top of the page.
Do we actually need an AI agent, or would a script do?
Often a script or your software’s own import is enough, and we’ll say so. Agents are worth it when inputs are messy, need interpretation, or come from many sources in different formats. Most of what we build is ordinary code, with AI used only for the ambiguous parts, like matching and classification.
What sources can you collect from?
Supplier feeds and files you’re entitled to, your own systems, public pages whose terms allow it, and licensed data you already pay for. We check access rights before building. We don’t get around logins, paywalls, or anti-bot protection, and we don’t collect personal data.
What happens when a website or supplier file changes?
Every run is checked. If a source changes its layout or format, the run is flagged instead of writing bad data, and we repair it as part of the monthly upkeep.
How do you stop mistakes from reaching our systems?
Results are checked against rules you agree to, such as required fields, valid SKUs, and limits on price changes. Anything that fails or looks uncertain goes to your review queue, and every change keeps a link to its source.
Who owns the code, data, and accounts?
You do. We build in your accounts wherever possible, the data lives in your systems, and you can export everything and end the upkeep at any time.
How is a project priced?
It starts with a paid feasibility check on real examples, credited toward the build. After that you get a written quote for the build and a monthly upkeep fee. Data and model fees are billed at cost, within limits you set.
