You built the audience. We’ll handle the monetization.

Fully managed affiliate monetization for independent websites. We find relevant affiliate partners, build placements that fit your content, and manage the ongoing work. You keep your site, editorial control, and the revenue you already earn. We earn an agreed share of the approved commissions our placements generate.

Publisher monetization

A monetization partner for publishers who’d rather build than manage affiliate programs

  • No upfront service fee

We’re paid a share of approved commissions from the placements we manage. If they don’t earn, we don’t either.

  • You approve everything

Every partner, placement, and disclosure comes to you as a proposal. Nothing goes live until you sign it off.

  • Your existing earnings stay yours

Your current ads and affiliate programs never count toward our share. We only share in the new placements we manage.

Who it’s for

Built for independent publishers

Technical skill doesn’t decide fit. What matters is an audience making real decisions, and an owner without time to run the commercial side.

  • Creators and bloggers

You publish tutorials, recipes, and guides that already recommend products, and you’d rather keep creating than chase advertisers.

    What we handle

    • Product boxes on posts that already recommend things
    • Program applications and link upkeep
    • A monthly earnings report by post
  • Developers and tool builders

You built a free tool, calculator, or directory that people rely on, and you’d rather keep building it than manage affiliate deals.

    What we handle

    • A relevant offer right after your tool gives its result
    • Advertiser sourcing and terms
    • Tracking and reporting you don’t have to maintain
  • Multi-site owners

You run several sites across different niches and don’t want affiliate programs, approvals, and reporting to become a full-time job.

    What we handle

    • One partner across all your sites
    • Program approvals handled site by site
    • One monthly report for the whole portfolio
  • Already earning from ads

You’re on AdSense, Mediavine, or Raptive and want to earn more from the same traffic without risking the ad income that already works.

    What we handle

    • Placements that sit alongside your ads
    • A check that new placements don’t cost you ad revenue
    • Your existing setup left as it is

The opportunity

Visitors are doing more than reading. Some are deciding what to buy.

Those moments are where a relevant recommendation fits the page. Earning from them means spotting the opportunity, finding an eligible advertiser, designing the placement, and keeping it working. That’s the work we take on.

Free tool, built by a solo developer

Free image compressor

Readers ask:“Can I do this for 500 photos at once?”

Placements

Placements that fit the page, not ads that interrupt it

Examples of the formats we use. Every placement is proposed to you and approved before it goes live. Illustrations, not client sites.

  • Product box

A buying guide’s top picks, summarized at the point where readers are ready to compare and choose.

  • Recommended next step

After a free tool gives its result, one relevant offer that helps the visitor act on it.

  • Comparison table

The options a software guide already discusses, laid out so readers can decide quickly.

What we manage

The commercial side, handled

A managed service, not a link tool. We do the work, and report on it every month.

  • Find and sign the right partners

We identify affiliate programs and advertisers that fit your audience and traffic sources, then handle the applications, site reviews, and terms.

  • Build placements that fit

We design and add contextual links, product boxes, recommended-resource modules, or simple comparisons, with your approval.

  • Measure what works

We track clicks, conversions, and approved commissions wherever partner systems support it, and tell you plainly where they don’t.

  • Keep improving

We review offers, links, merchant performance, and the reader experience, then propose and make changes within the agreed scope.

Who does what

Clear roles from day one

The publisher keeps ownership and the final say. We handle everything it takes to earn from the pages.

Publisher

Owns the site and makes the decisions

  • Owns the site, content, and audience
  • Approves advertisers and how they’re presented
  • Keeps all existing earnings
  • Controls or delegates technical installation
  • Approves disclosure wording
  • Reviews reports and terms

Valiance Labs

Runs the commercial work

  • Proposes and manages defined placements
  • Researches programs and drafts placements
  • Tracks new commissions separately
  • Implements, tests, and maintains approved placements
  • Adds and maintains approved disclosures
  • Monitors, reconciles, and reports performance

How it works

Start with a few pages. Expand if the numbers support it.

  1. Step 1

    Send your site

Share your URL. We look for pages where readers are already deciding what to buy.

  2. Step 2

    Get a focused plan

We propose the first pages, offers, and placements. You approve every one.

  3. Step 3

    Launch and grow what works

We go live, report every month, and only expand what clearly earns.

Fit

It’s not right for every website

We’d rather tell you upfront than fill your pages with offers that don’t belong. Right now we focus on established sites with U.S. audiences.

You’re likely a fit if

  • Your audience comes from search, Pinterest, or email
  • Readers compare or choose what to buy on your pages
  • No one on your team runs the commercial side
  • You want to approve every partner and placement

It’s probably not a fit if

  • The site is brand new, without a steady audience
  • Your pages answer quick questions with no buying decision
  • Your category is one advertisers won’t approve
  • You already have partnerships staff in-house

Revenue share

No upfront service fee. We only get paid when placements earn.

For each accepted site, we agree a revenue share in writing before launch. It’s calculated on approved commissions from the placements we manage, after reversals and documented adjustments. We don’t guarantee an earnings amount: results depend on your audience, advertiser rules, and conversions.

  • Only placements we manage count toward our share.
  • Existing earnings are excluded, unless you ask us to take over a program and we agree that separately in writing.
  • Returns, rejected conversions, and network fees come off first.
  • You see the reports behind every payment, as far as each network makes them visible.

FAQ

Control, revenue share, attribution, and ending the arrangement. If your question isn’t here, send us your site and ask.

See if your site is a fit
Will you replace my display ads?

Not by default. We look for additional opportunities and weigh any trade-off against what your ads already earn.

Will you take money from my existing affiliate links?

No, not from unrelated programs and placements. If you ask us to take over an existing revenue stream, we define that arrangement separately in writing.

What will I pay?

Accepted revenue-share partnerships have no upfront Valiance Labs service fee. We agree our share of approved, attributable commissions in advance, and disclose any third-party costs before they’re incurred.

How do you attribute earnings?

We use the site, campaign, and placement identifiers each partner supports. Not every advertiser offers page-level reporting, so we spell out the method and its limits before launch.

Can I remove placements or end the arrangement?

Yes, under the agreed notice, final reconciliation, and removal terms. You keep your website and your audience.

Do you promise more revenue?

No. We propose a measurable opportunity, carry it out within the agreed scope, and show you the results so we can both decide what’s next.
