Know what your website earns and what actually gets paid

We connect your site’s events, affiliate networks, ad reports, and partner payouts into revenue reporting you can trust. See earnings by page where the data supports it, follow every commission from pending to paid, and catch broken tracking before month-end.

Revenue infrastructure

Three systems behind revenue reporting you can trust

  • Revenue attribution

Clicks on your pages linked to the commissions partners report, wherever shared IDs allow it. Anything that can’t be matched stays visible as unattributed.

  • Revenue reconciliation

Every network, ad platform, and direct deal in one ledger, with estimated, pending, approved, reversed, and paid amounts kept apart.

  • Revenue monitoring

Checks on your tracking and data feeds that alert you when clicks stop firing, a report doesn’t arrive, or a partner changes its format.

Who it’s for

Built for publishers with more than one revenue source

Fit comes down to complexity, not size: several partners, reports that disagree, and someone stitching them together every month.

  • Portfolio owners

You run several sites across ad networks and affiliate programs, and month-end means downloading reports from every account.

    What we handle

    • One ledger across every site and account
    • Consistent names for sites, pages, and partners
    • A monthly snapshot you can share with partners
  • Lead-gen and CPA publishers

You send leads or sales to direct partners who accept, reject, and pay on their own schedule, with reports that rarely line up with yours.

    What we handle

    • Lead and click IDs partners can report back
    • Accepted, rejected, and paid tracked per lead
    • Evidence ready when a statement looks short
  • Ad and affiliate publishers

You earn from display ads and several affiliate networks, and no single dashboard shows what a page actually earns across all of them.

    What we handle

    • Ad and affiliate earnings by page, where possible
    • Estimated ad earnings kept apart from finalized
    • Commissions followed from pending to paid
  • Site buyers and operators

You’ve acquired sites that came with their own accounts and reporting habits, and you need one consistent view without rebuilding it manually.

    What we handle

    • Acquired accounts mapped into your ledger
    • Past months backfilled where reports allow
    • The same definitions across every site

Where it breaks

Where revenue reporting breaks

These are the problems that bring publishers to us, and what we do about each one. The examples are illustrations, not client work.

Lead-gen publisher

A partner’s statement comes in short

What happened:500 leads sent, but the monthly statement accepts far fewer

What we check

  • Lead IDs matched against the partner’s report
  • Rejections split by reason and date
  • Duplicates and late approvals ruled out
What you get

A line-by-line list of unmatched leads to raise with the partner

Accuracy

Why your revenue reports never agree

Each platform counts something different. We don’t force the numbers to match. We document which source is right for each figure and keep the differences visible.

  1. Estimated, approved, and paid differ

Ad earnings get finalized, commissions get approved or reversed, and payments arrive later. Each stage is tracked on its own.

  2. Earnings by page need shared IDs

If a partner can’t report back a click ID, a sale can’t be tied to a page. Those earnings show as unattributed, not as a guess.

  3. Analytics doesn’t see commissions

GA4 records clicks, not what a network approves and pays. Commission data has to come from each partner’s own reports.

  4. Some deductions are never itemized

Networks don’t always explain adjustments such as invalid traffic. We flag the difference and note what wasn’t disclosed.

Every project includes a written measurement spec: each metric’s definition, its source of truth, how often it updates, and its known blind spots.

Control

Clear roles from day one

Your team keeps the accounts and the final word on definitions. Tools like GA4 and your networks stay under their own terms, and what we configure inside them is yours.

Your team

Ownership and definitions

  • Owns the accounts, data, and configured work
  • Approves what each metric means
  • Decides which report is the source of truth
  • Sets alert thresholds and who gets notified
  • Can export everything and stop at any time

Valiance Labs

Build, checks, and upkeep

  • Builds in your accounts, read-only wherever possible
  • Writes the spec and documents every source
  • Reconciles totals against payout statements
  • Investigates alerts and repairs broken feeds
  • Respects consent choices, with no workarounds

How it works

From scattered reports to a ledger you trust in three steps

  1. Step 1

    Review your measurement

We map every revenue source, how it’s reported today, and where the numbers break. If an existing tool covers it, we’ll say so. It’s paid, and credited toward the build.

  2. Step 2

Build and reconcile a real month

We agree on the spec, build in your accounts, then reconcile one full month until the key totals trace back to the original source rows.

  3. Step 3

    Monitor, if you want it

Optional monthly checks on tracking, report arrivals, and data feeds, with every alert investigated and broken connections repaired.

Fit

Is a custom setup right for you?

Custom work pays off when several sources, partners, or sites are involved. If your network’s own dashboard or an inexpensive tool already does the job, we’ll tell you.

A good fit

  • Two or more revenue sources, or several sites
  • Payout reports someone reconciles manually each month
  • Direct CPA or lead deals with their own reporting
  • Decisions or invoices that depend on the numbers

Not a fit

  • One site on one network, where native reports are enough
  • Sites that don’t earn yet
  • Paid ad campaign management
  • Anything that needs consent or tracking workarounds

Pricing

Quoted to your scope, with no share of your revenue

Every setup is different, so there’s no rate card. You get a written quote for the build, and for monitoring if you want it, before we start.

  • Starts with a paid measurement review, credited toward the build
  • The build is quoted once sources and definitions are agreed
  • Monitoring is optional and billed monthly
  • Tool, API, and hosting fees are billed at cost
  • No revenue share on the earnings you already have

FAQ

Sources, attribution, existing tools, and missing commissions. If your question isn’t here, ask it in the form at the top of the page.

Can you combine AdSense, Mediavine or Raptive, Amazon, CJ, Impact, Awin, and direct deals?

Usually, yes, through each platform’s API, scheduled exports, or report files you’re allowed to share. Every source is checked during the review, since some only offer monthly totals.

Can you show affiliate revenue by page?

Where the partner reports back a click or sub-ID, yes. Some programs only give aggregate totals, and those earnings are shown as unattributed rather than spread across pages by guesswork. Any estimate is labelled as one.

Why doesn’t GA4 match our network totals?

They count different things. GA4 records clicks and sessions, while networks report approved commissions on their own attribution windows and timelines. We document which source is authoritative for each figure and explain the gaps we can observe.

Can we keep Affilimate, wecantrack, or Trackonomics?

Yes. If one of them already covers your sources, we’ll recommend it and help you set it up. Custom work makes sense when you need partners, joins, or definitions those tools don’t support.

Can you recover missing commissions?

We can’t promise that. What we can do is find the specific clicks, leads, or orders that look unpaid, and give you the evidence to raise with the partner. Whether they pay depends on their contract and records.

Do we need server-side tracking?

Only if it solves a specific problem, such as unreliable postbacks or journeys across several domains. It isn’t a way around consent: visitors’ choices apply in exactly the same way.
