You can move your website off HubSpot Content Hub without leaving HubSpot. We move your pages and blog to WordPress, keep your HubSpot forms and tracking working, and redirect every page we find in your sitemap, Search Console, analytics, and backlinks.
Most teams like HubSpot’s CRM. Paying for its website tools on top is what they question, especially as seats grow.

Most HubSpot sites are built on HubL, a templating language used only on HubSpot, so the pool of developers who know it is far smaller than for WordPress.

HubSpot forms, tracking code, and chat work on any website, so the CMS can change without disrupting sales and marketing.
This is one of the few migrations that pays for itself. If Content Hub costs you around $5,400 a year and hosting a WordPress site costs a few hundred, a $4,500 migration pays back in about a year. Larger sites from $7,500 take closer to 18 months. Check your own HubSpot invoice before deciding.
Ask us about your siteBlog posts and page content come across. The design is rebuilt in WordPress, and your HubSpot forms, tracking, and chat stay connected.
| Item | What happens | How we handle it |
|---|---|---|
| Blog posts | Moves unchanged | Exported from HubSpot and imported with authors, dates, tags, and featured images. |
| Website and landing pages | Rebuilt | Rebuilt as WordPress templates, matching the current design. |
| HubSpot forms | Moves unchanged | Embedded on the new site so submissions still flow into your CRM and workflows. |
| Tracking and chat | Moves unchanged | The HubSpot tracking code and chat widget are installed on the new site. |
| Files and images | Moves unchanged | Downloaded from HubSpot’s file manager and re-hosted, so your files live on your own site. |
| Smart content and memberships | Moves, with changes | Replaced with a WordPress plugin equivalent, or dropped if unused. We agree on this with you in the scoping call. |
| HubDB tables | Rebuilt | Moved into WordPress custom post types or custom fields. |
Redirects and URLs
HubSpot creates blog and file URLs automatically. Each needs a destination before you cancel.
Tag archives live at /blog/tag/ or topic paths. They need matching archives or redirects.
Paged listings like /blog/page/2 often show up in Google and need rules.
PDFs and images served from HubSpot’s file domains keep you tied to HubSpot, and they go away if you ever close the account. We re-host them on your site and redirect the old links.
Landing pages sometimes live on a separate subdomain. We decide whether to keep them in HubSpot or move them.
Redirects saved in HubSpot are exported and recreated on the new site.
Send your site. We review it and send a quote and timeline within one business day.
We map every old page to its new address, rebuild your templates, and move content, images, and SEO settings on a private preview site you can check.
We compare the old and new sites page by page, point your domain to the new site, tell Google about the new pages, and test each redirect once it’s live.
For 90 days we watch which pages Google indexes and how much traffic your moved pages get. Anything our work caused, we fix at no cost, with reports at 30, 60, and 90 days.

“From” is the starting price for the kind of site described. Prices depend on your site’s size and setup. You get a quote before any work starts, and we don’t bill by the hour.
Nobody can promise rankings after a migration, and we don’t. We commit in writing to the process that protects them.
Every address we find in your sitemap, Search Console, analytics, and backlinks gets a destination: a matching page, the closest match, or a planned removal. You see the full list before launch.
Pages you choose to retire are removed on purpose. If any other old link stops working after launch, we fix it.
We watch which pages Google indexes, any errors it reports, and traffic to your moved pages for 90 days, with a report at 30, 60, and 90 days.
If something we missed or broke causes a problem in those 90 days, we fix it at no cost.
The guarantee covers our work. It doesn’t cover Google algorithm updates, content you change after launch, pages removed at your request, or problems caused by your host, third-party plugins, or other vendors.
If your marketing team builds landing pages in HubSpot every week, uses smart content, or runs memberships, the CMS earns its cost. If you could drop to a lower Content Hub plan without losing anything you use, that may be simpler than moving. We compare both before you commit.
Ask if you should stay on HubSpot CMSCommon questions about moving from HubSpot CMS to WordPress.
Yes. HubSpot forms, tracking, and chat work on WordPress, and your HubSpot email and CRM don’t change. Only the website moves.
Yes, as HTML files. Templates and modules don’t come with it, so we rebuild the design in WordPress.
That depends on your Content Hub plan and seats. HubSpot lists Professional at $450 a month with three seats. We’ll check the numbers against your actual invoice.
HubSpot sites usually lose traffic through blog tag pages, paged blog listings, and PDFs on HubSpot’s file domains. We redirect each of those along with your main pages, re-host your files, and monitor search for 90 days.
Yes. That’s a separate migration with its own page and price: HubSpot to Next.js, from $9,500.
Most HubSpot sites with up to 50 pages and a blog take four to six weeks.
