We rebuild your site in Webflow, move your posts into the Webflow CMS, carry over your SEO settings, and set up a redirect for every WordPress address that changes. Then we monitor search for 90 days.
Teams usually switch to Webflow to give marketers control of design and publishing, and to stop maintaining plugins.

In HTTP Archive’s November 2025 Core Web Vitals report, 46% of WordPress sites passed Google’s page experience checks, last among the six CMS platforms compared. Webflow wasn’t part of that comparison.

With a Designer seat, marketers can change layouts and publish pages in Webflow without a developer or a page-builder plugin.
Posts are converted from WordPress’s export file and imported into the Webflow CMS. Page templates are rebuilt in the Webflow Designer.
| Item | What happens | How we handle it |
|---|---|---|
| Blog posts | Moves unchanged | WordPress exports posts as an XML file. We convert it to CSV and import it into a Webflow CMS collection with authors, dates, and categories. |
| Pages and templates | Rebuilt | Rebuilt in the Webflow Designer, matched to your current design. |
| Images | Moves unchanged | Uploaded to Webflow’s asset manager. Images inside posts are uploaded and relinked by us, separate from the CSV import. |
| SEO titles and descriptions | Moves unchanged | Fields from Yoast or Rank Math (the usual WordPress SEO plugins) mapped into Webflow’s SEO settings and CMS fields. |
| Custom fields | Moves, with changes | Extra fields and custom content types, often built with the ACF plugin, become Webflow CMS fields and collections. |
| Plugins | Moves, with changes | Replaced with Webflow features, Webflow apps, or a light integration. Any plugin without a match is flagged in the site review. |
| Forms | Rebuilt | Rebuilt with Webflow forms and connected to the same inbox or CRM. |
Redirects and URLs
Webflow keeps CMS items under a collection folder, so WordPress posts at the root of your domain change address. Each one needs a permanent (301) redirect.
A post at /my-post/ usually becomes /blog/my-post. We set up a redirect from each old post address to its new one.
Webflow imports redirects from a CSV file, and each import replaces the redirects already saved. We assemble the full list first and upload it once.
WordPress addresses end in a slash and Webflow’s don’t. Webflow strips the slash with its own redirect before yours runs, so we test each old address after launch to confirm it lands on the right page.
Category, tag, /feed/, and /wp-content/uploads/ addresses are mapped to the closest page or re-hosted file.
Send your site. We review it and send a quote and timeline within one business day.
We map every old page to its new address, rebuild your templates, and move content, images, and SEO settings on a private preview site you can check.
We compare the old and new sites page by page, point your domain to the new site, tell Google about the new pages, and test each redirect once it’s live.
For 90 days we watch which pages Google indexes and how much traffic your moved pages get. Anything our work caused, we fix at no cost, with reports at 30, 60, and 90 days.

“From” is the starting price for the kind of site described. Prices depend on your site’s size and setup. You get a quote before any work starts, and we don’t bill by the hour.
Nobody can promise rankings after a migration, and we don’t. We commit in writing to the process that protects them.
Every address we find in your sitemap, Search Console, analytics, and backlinks gets a destination: a matching page, the closest match, or a planned removal. You see the full list before launch.
Pages you choose to retire are removed on purpose. If any other old link stops working after launch, we fix it.
We watch which pages Google indexes, any errors it reports, and traffic to your moved pages for 90 days, with a report at 30, 60, and 90 days.
If something we missed or broke causes a problem in those 90 days, we fix it at no cost.
The guarantee covers our work. It doesn’t cover Google algorithm updates, content you change after launch, pages removed at your request, or problems caused by your host, third-party plugins, or other vendors.
If your site depends on plugins Webflow can’t replace, or your content library is very large, WordPress may be the better fit. A faster theme and better hosting can fix speed without a migration. Before you commit, we check every plugin, custom field, and content type against Webflow.
Ask if you should stay on WordPressCommon questions about moving from WordPress to Webflow.
Not directly. Webflow imports CMS content from CSV files, and WordPress exports posts as XML, so we convert one to the other. Pages and design are rebuilt in the Webflow Designer.
Pages can keep their addresses. Posts usually move under a collection folder like /blog/, so each one gets its own permanent redirect.
Each one is replaced with a Webflow feature, a Webflow app, or an integration. If one has no equivalent, the site review says so and we agree a plan with you.
On this move most posts change address, so redirects carry the risk. We redirect every old post, category, and file address, then check them in Search Console for 90 days and fix anything our work caused. Some movement in the first weeks is normal. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings.
Most WordPress sites with up to 25 pages take three to five weeks.
