Framer to Webflow
For Framer sites whose CMS or team is outgrowing Framer.
From$3,500
Typical timeline3–5 weeks
- Framer CMS content moved into Webflow
- Design rebuilt to match the live site
- Covered by our SEO migration guarantee
There’s no automated way to turn a Framer site into a Webflow site. We rebuild your design in Webflow and move your CMS content from Framer’s exports. Then we recreate your existing redirects, add new ones where any page that ranks or has links changes address, and monitor search for 90 days after launch.
The move usually comes when the CMS or the team outgrows what Framer was set up for.
Framer’s Pro plan includes 10 CMS collections and 2,500 items, with paid add-ons up to 40,000 items. Webflow’s Premium plan includes 40 collections and 20,000 items.
Framer charges $20 a month for each additional editor and $10 a month for each content editor, so every person who updates the site adds to the bill.
Webflow says there’s no automated way to convert a Framer site into a Webflow site, so every move is a careful rebuild.
CMS content moves from Framer’s exports. Pages and effects are rebuilt in Webflow to match the live site.
| Item | What happens | How we handle it |
|---|---|---|
| CMS collections | Moves unchanged | Exported from Framer through plugins as spreadsheet or JSON files and imported into Webflow collections with their fields and images. |
| Pages | Rebuilt | Rebuilt in Webflow to match the live site on desktop, tablet, and phone. |
| Effects and animations | Rebuilt | Recreated with Webflow interactions, keeping the ones that matter to visitors. |
| Existing redirects | Moves unchanged | Your Framer redirects are recreated in Webflow as permanent (301) redirects. |
| Forms | Rebuilt | Rebuilt in Webflow and connected to the same inbox or CRM. |
| Images and files | Moves unchanged | Moved off Framer’s servers and re-hosted in Webflow. |
Redirects and URLs
Both platforms use folder-based CMS addresses, so most URLs can stay the same. A few details decide whether they actually do.
Framer CMS pages use paths like /blog/post-name. Webflow collections use a folder and page address too, so we keep both the same.
Redirects set up in Framer, including rules that cover many pages at once, are recreated in Webflow.
Images and PDFs on Framer’s servers are moved before the Framer site is unpublished.
Page titles, descriptions, and social images are moved page by page and checked before launch.
One-off landing pages are rebuilt with the same addresses so campaigns and links keep working.

“From” is the starting price for the kind of site described. Prices depend on your site’s size and setup. You get a quote before any work starts, and we don’t bill by the hour.
No one can promise how Google will rank your site after a move, including us. What we can promise is the work that protects your rankings, done carefully and put in writing.
Ask us about the guaranteeGoogle decides rankings, not us. Even a careful migration can cause some movement while Google recrawls the new site and works out what changed, and it can take a few weeks to settle.
Google also changes how it ranks sites throughout the year. If an update shifts your traffic, that isn’t something any migration team controls. Anyone who guarantees your rankings is promising something they can’t deliver.
We take every precaution we know of, and we stay accountable after launch.
Every page we can find gets a new home. We collect old addresses from your sitemap, Google Search Console, analytics, and links from other sites. Each one gets a destination: the matching page, the closest match, or a removal you’ve agreed to. You see the full list before launch.
Nothing is removed by accident. Pages you choose to retire are removed on purpose. If any other old link stops working after launch, we fix it.
We watch for 90 days. After launch we track which pages Google indexes, any errors it reports, and traffic to the pages we moved, and we send you a report at 30, 60, and 90 days.
If it’s our mistake, we fix it for free. If something we missed or broke causes a problem in those 90 days, we fix it at no cost.
The guarantee covers our work. It doesn’t cover Google algorithm updates, content you change after launch, pages removed at your request, or problems caused by your host, third-party plugins, or other vendors.
If your site is small, your CMS fits comfortably within Framer’s limits, and your team publishes quickly there, there’s little reason to move. If you’re moving for plugins and many editors rather than CMS capacity, Framer to WordPress is a better fit.

Get a migration quoteNo. Webflow says there’s no automated way to convert a Framer site. CMS content can be exported from Framer and imported into Webflow, but pages are rebuilt.
Usually not. We keep your CMS folders and page addresses and recreate your Framer redirects. Anything that does change gets its own redirect.
Yes, as closely as we can. We rebuild it in Webflow to match the live site on every screen size, including the effects that matter.
Webflow suits teams that want visual design control with a bigger CMS. WordPress suits teams that need plugins and many editors. Both are separate migrations, and we’re happy to compare them with you.
With addresses kept and redirects recreated, the main risks are missed images or page titles and descriptions, which we check before launch. Expect some movement while Google recrawls. We monitor search for 90 days and fix anything our work caused at no charge. No one can promise rankings, but our guarantee covers our work.
Most sites with up to 25 pages and 500 CMS items take three to five weeks.
